The things which I came to know from this book is 

1. understanding the fact is more important than learning the fact.
2. regression to the mean, also have learned in the statistic book before
3. overconfidence: social psychology states that people who are overconfident or provide narrowest confidence interval are most preferred
4. using which system more either 1 or 2 - you should focus on these
5. Gary Klein idea of premortem, imagine ourselves in future, current decision led to failure, prepare a report in 10 minutes about the history of failure

Like an operation is performed on a task which is still in memory that is RAM is much faster than the task which requires retrieving storage from the hard disk and then performing the task. one is apparently slower than the other.

Small samples are prone to produce more extreme results as compared to large samples.
